Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPGR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 172 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7G1, TRPA1, and MED26. Each is linked with RPGR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGR-to-partner and partner-to-RPGR results are reported.
