RPF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,682 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC40, CCT3, and PM20D2. Each is linked with RPF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPF2-to-partner and partner-to-RPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
