Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,038 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM28, MYBBP1A, and PDCD11. Each is linked with RPF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPF2-to-partner and partner-to-RPF2 results are reported.
