Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,152 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAP1L3, SSPN, and C1QTNF7. Each is linked with RPF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPF1-to-partner and partner-to-RPF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPF1 versus NAP1L3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
