Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 935 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP422, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with RPF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPF1-to-partner and partner-to-RPF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by RPF1-low versus RPF1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
