The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RPE65 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPE65 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
ESCA, UCEC, and SCLC are the cancer types where RPE65 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
