Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPE65 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 785 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPE65-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFIP11, HMGXB4, and ZBED4. Each is linked with RPE65 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPE65-to-partner and partner-to-RPE65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPE65 versus TFIP11 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
