Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPE65 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPE65-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, JNK_pT183_Y185, and PDCD4. Each is linked with RPE65 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPE65-to-partner and partner-to-RPE65 results are reported.
