Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPE65 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 389 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPE65-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Host-mediated activation of viral process, Phenol-containing compound metabolic process, and Sphingomyelin metabolic process. Each is linked with RPE65 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPE65-to-partner and partner-to-RPE65 results are reported.
