Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,902 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPF, LMOD1, and NEK2. Each is linked with RPAP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAP3-to-partner and partner-to-RPAP3 results are reported.
