RPAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 14-3-3_beta, and ERK2. Each is linked with RPAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAP3-to-partner and partner-to-RPAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by RPAP3-low versus RPAP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
