Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,489 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPAP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid cohesion, Nuclear chromosome segregation, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with RPAP3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAP3-to-partner and partner-to-RPAP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Sister chromatid cohesion grouped by RPAP3-low versus RPAP3-high in BONE.
