RPAIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPAIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,547 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPAIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA1, SIN3A, and UBTF. Each is linked with RPAIN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAIN-to-partner and partner-to-RPAIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPAIN versus RPA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPAIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPAIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
