RPA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P4, MIR545, and MIR8062. Each is linked with RPA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA3-to-partner and partner-to-RPA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P4 grouped by RPA3-low versus RPA3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
