RPA2P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,223 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA2P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF638_S1401, CDCA5_S209, and SURF6_S138. Each is linked with RPA2P3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA2P3-to-partner and partner-to-RPA2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPA2P3 versus ZNF638_S1401 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPA2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPA2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
