Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,358 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA2P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle localization, Regulation of neuron differentiation, and Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with RPA2P3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA2P3-to-partner and partner-to-RPA2P3 results are reported.
