RP9P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RP9P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,603 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RP9P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RP9, DPY19L1P1, and ZFAND2A. Each is linked with RP9P in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP9P-to-partner and partner-to-RP9P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RP9P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RP9P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
