Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RP9P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RP9P data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RP9P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RP9P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and THYM show a favorable association.
LIHC, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where RP9P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
