Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 544 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AP1, NOCT, and PLBD2. Each is linked with RP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP9-to-partner and partner-to-RP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2AP1 grouped by RP9-low versus RP9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
