Across TCGA patient cohorts, RP9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, INPP4B, and Ku80. Each is linked with RP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP9-to-partner and partner-to-RP9 results are reported.
