Across TCGA cell cohorts, RP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,034 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ceramide 1-phosphate transport, Positive regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation, and Regulation of lipid transport. Each is linked with RP9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP9-to-partner and partner-to-RP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ceramide 1-phosphate transport grouped by RP9-low versus RP9-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
