Across TCGA cell cohorts, RP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNBD1, CCER1, and BTNL2. Each is linked with RP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RP9-to-partner and partner-to-RP9 results are reported.
