ROS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,961 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX4, ANXA3, and MED13L. Each is linked with ROS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROS1-to-partner and partner-to-ROS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROS1 versus SNX4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
