Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,082 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, CCT6B, and ELMOD2. Each is linked with ROS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROS1-to-partner and partner-to-ROS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROS1 versus MEFV in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
