ROS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,051 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP1, IQGAP3, and WDHD1. Each is linked with ROS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROS1-to-partner and partner-to-ROS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RANBP1 grouped by ROS1-low versus ROS1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
