Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, 4E-BP1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with ROS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROS1-to-partner and partner-to-ROS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by ROS1-low versus ROS1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
