Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,709 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of hair follicle maturation, L-amino acid metabolic process, and Response to acetaldehyde. Each is linked with ROS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROS1-to-partner and partner-to-ROS1 results are reported.
