Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,697 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, CTHRC1, and FBLN1. Each is linked with ROR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROR2-to-partner and partner-to-ROR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROR2 versus CNN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
