Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ROR2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ROR2 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher ROR2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ROR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and DLBC show a favorable association.

LGG, KIRP, and SCLC are the cancer types where ROR2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
