Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,404 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INHBA, SERPINF1, and EDIL3. Each is linked with ROR2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROR2-to-partner and partner-to-ROR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROR2 versus INHBA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
