ROR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,710 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM136A, ALKBH1, and SAR1A. Each is linked with ROR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROR2-to-partner and partner-to-ROR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM136A grouped by ROR2-low versus ROR2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
