Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROPN1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,000 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROPN1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, TSNAXIP1, and CCDC113. Each is linked with ROPN1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROPN1L-to-partner and partner-to-ROPN1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROPN1L versus SPEF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROPN1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROPN1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
