Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ROPN1L RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ROPN1L data layer compared with 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ROPN1L RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ROPN1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and MESO show a favorable association.
BRCA, ACC, and UVM are the cancer types where ROPN1L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
