Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROPN1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,424 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROPN1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleus organization, Protein localization to cilium, and Peptidyl-lysine oxidation. Each is linked with ROPN1L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROPN1L-to-partner and partner-to-ROPN1L results are reported.
