ROPN1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROPN1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,472 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROPN1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, POGZ, and HCFC1. Each is linked with ROPN1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROPN1B-to-partner and partner-to-ROPN1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROPN1B versus PARP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROPN1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROPN1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
