Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROPN1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ROPN1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPA2 and ADGRL3-AS1. Each is linked with ROPN1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROPN1B-to-partner and partner-to-ROPN1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROPN1B versus CPA2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
