ROPN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROPN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,343 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROPN1B, CCDC14, and LINC01152. Each is linked with ROPN1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROPN1-to-partner and partner-to-ROPN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROPN1 versus ROPN1B in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
