ROGDI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROGDI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROGDI-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPDP2, MIR4436B1, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with ROGDI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROGDI-to-partner and partner-to-ROGDI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPDP2 grouped by ROGDI-low versus ROGDI-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROGDI→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROGDI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
