ROCK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROCK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,083 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC73, PUM1, and AGO4. Each is linked with ROCK2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCK2-to-partner and partner-to-ROCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROCK2 versus CDC73 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
