Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ROCK2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ROCK2 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ROCK2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ROCK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UCS show a favorable association.

CESC, KIRP, and KIRC are the cancer types where ROCK2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
