ROCK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROCK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,419 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROCK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD74, EVI2B_S268, and EVL_S246. Each is linked with ROCK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCK2-to-partner and partner-to-ROCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROCK2 versus CD74 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
