Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROCK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,869 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHMP3, ITGB1BP1, and ASAP2. Each is linked with ROCK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCK2-to-partner and partner-to-ROCK2 results are reported.
