Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROCK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,034 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROCK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of fibroblast growth factor production, Negative regulation of bicellular tight junction assembly, and Regulation of fibroblast growth factor production. Each is linked with ROCK2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCK2-to-partner and partner-to-ROCK2 results are reported.
