ROCK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,057 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4D, PNLIPRP1, and SRMS. Each is linked with ROCK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROCK2-to-partner and partner-to-ROCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC4D grouped by ROCK2-low versus ROCK2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
