ROBO3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 187 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A1, NAA10, and TRMT1. Each is linked with ROBO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO3-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROBO3 versus SLC5A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
