ROBO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, PCNA, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with ROBO3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO3-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by ROBO3-low versus ROBO3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
