ROBO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ROBO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 542 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, ALKBH1, and GRPEL1. Each is linked with ROBO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO3-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPNAT1 grouped by ROBO3-low versus ROBO3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
