ROBO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ROBO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,845 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ROBO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL751P, PLS1, and COL1A2. Each is linked with ROBO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ROBO1-to-partner and partner-to-ROBO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ROBO1 versus RN7SL751P in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ROBO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ROBO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
