Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNY4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNY4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RNY4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNY4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and MESO show a favorable association.

CHOL, THCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where RNY4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
