Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNY3P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,367 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNY3P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RNY3P9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNY3P9-to-partner and partner-to-RNY3P9 results are reported.
